About LIT

A major player throughout the post-grunge boom of the late ’90s, Lit embraced a spunky brand of punk-pop that helped attract a local following and landed a contract with RCA Records, which released their second album A Place in the Sun. This proved to be Lit’s breakthrough record, as the catchy rock riffs of “My Own Worst Enemy,” “Zip-Lock,” and “Miserable” all paved the way for platinum sales. With “My Own Worst Enemy” topping the U.S. Modern Rock Chart at #1 for three months, Lit toured the country alongside groups like the Offspring, No Doubt, and Garbage. Furthermore, they performed a set at Woodstock 1999 and earned a spot on the 2000 Vans Warped Tour.

About As Tall As Lions

As Tall As Lions have developed a unique musical approach combining the lush tones of ambient pop, the creativity of 70’s album rock, the subtle passion of the late 1980’s C-86 movement, and today’s “not so emo” writing style. Formed in Long Island, NY in 2002 their 2006 self-titled album landed them their television debut on The Jimmy Kimmel Show and their 2009 follow up “You Can’t Take It With You” debuted in the Billboard Top 100.
